Great place friendly staff.

This used to be a decent spot to bring my commercial fleet to once upon a time. They now run the place as if we are in a 3rd world country. Everyone in the office sits in their chair and has no clue as to what’s happening in the shop. My vehicle was in a service bay nearly 5 hours, untouched. My driver waited 5 hours only to be told it wasnt able to be done. I feel that was said out of spite, as I immediately took my vehicle to their competitor and was assisted and out within an hour. This place is a joke and has lost a good client with an active fleet. Very unprofessional service, communication, and quality of work. Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else.
