No customer service and it’s as if they don’t want to sell their products. Imagine if you did buy something there would be no support!

We had a new home built and 4 months after we moved a chunk of stain had come off the top of one the drawers. After searching to find the manufacturer of the cabinet found it to be Adornus, I emailed the company and they sent out a new drawer no questions asked, plus a crayon for future scratches etc. I didn’t expect anything out of it so was very surprised by their quick response and quick turnaround. Otherwise we love the cabinets, the quality is exceptional.Thanks Luis.

We had a great experience working with Fonsy from Adornus NJ. We had a couple of issues with the installment of our kitchen and reached out to him for assistance.
Fonsy was extremely proficient and professional. He arrived on time and addressed all the issues that we had brought up. He has an eye for detail and makes sure that everything is done to perfection. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Adornus for being a company that stands behind their product. Not only do they produce a quality cabinet, but their customer service is exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to help me. I would personally like to thank Luis for his speedy response to my inquiry and the personal attention that he afforded me. I would also like to thank Lino for personally delivering replacement cabinet doors to my house. I have to say that I was skeptical when I first thought about contacting Adornus directly. It was only after many attempts to contact my contractor to have them repair a cabinet door, in which they damaged and were subsequently unresponsive that I decided to contact Adornus directly. I was also aware that Adornus does not sell directly to the end user and I was pleasantly surprised how responsive and helpful they were to “right a wrong” and satisfy their end user customer. I know there are many cabinet manufacturers to choose from, but make sure you are comparing apples to apples. I did a lot of homework before making my decision to go with Adornus. The fact that their boxes are 3/4 inch and are Frameless are 2 huge differences from other manufacturers in the same cabinet class. Having said that, I highly recommend Adornus cabinets. If I can give everyone reading this review one piece of advice, find a reputable contractor that knows the product and knows how to install it. You will be very happy with the results. I have attached some pictures of my completed kitchen renovation. I went with “Madison” style. Please note that the glass inserts on the cabinet doors are aftermarket and not from Adornus.

I have been selling Adornus Cabinetry for several years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They offer a high quality product at a great price. Pictures speak for themselves. Research the installer that you use and make sure they are familiar with frameless cabinets. If they specialize in face frame style cabinets, don’t be their guinea pig. It takes a little more effort to work with this type of cabinet on the installer’s end, but the end result is always worth it. We are reviewing the product, not the shipper who damaged the cabinets, and not the installer you hired. The product is excellent and they stand behind it.
