AutoNation Chevrolet Doral Parts

I came back after a month to order some parts because I live closeby. I ordered online 3 weeks ago and they said they didn’t get the order, that I have to come in person. Well I gave them my info, and they told me to wait 5 minutes (the place is empty, I’m here alone) and they still haven’t charged me or spoken to me. Like even to place an order it seems that they struggle. I highly discourage any one from buying a car or parts here. I can’t imagine how bad service must be.

The wait was to long, 3 1/2 hrs. For a oil change and to program a key that had to be reprogrammed.

Went there and nobody wanted to help so we went through to the Camaros and it seems all of the cars are locked so we couldn’t see anything. We won’t be going there to buy my wife’s Camaro. Shame on you is a sales dri en environment and everything is tailored to drive people away. The sales managers needs to up their games or be replay as they promote anti customer habits or policies.

Was not a good experience. It took 5 days to do a simple job. Try to over charge me wherever they could. Plus there phone system is horrible. You could never get people on the phone let alone leave a message
