After an exhaustive on-line search for what I was looking for (a particular AC display unit for my boat), I finally found something very similar on YachtAid Marine. It wasn’t an EXACT match, so I decided to use their chat function and ask some questions (actually….many questions). There was NO delay and the person who helped me went to great lengths to answer all of my questions and steer me to the exact matching part that I needed. Not only that, but they sent me schematics and an email with a link to the owner’s manual as well. I highly recommend this company for their attention to detail and desire to please the customer. Purchasing online can sometimes be intimidating but we had an excellent experience with YachtAid Marine. Their staff was very knowledgeable as we tried to troubleshoot and purchase parts for an Air Conditioner Repair. When all else failed, and we were unable to repair it, they made returning parts very easy and allowed us to use our refund credit toward the purchase of a new Air Conditioner Unit. A big thank you to YachtAid and their pleasant customer facing team!
