I am so incredibly happy to have found Rosa Gutierrez from The Tax Team in Hialeah! I was honestly getting desperate and lost hope to find someone that; A. wouldn’t take advantage of the fact that I’m European and this is my first year in the USA, and therefore the first time I needed to declare my taxes, so charge me too much (which A LOT of companies here in Miami tried to do). And B. would do his/her best to actually go through everything thoroughly and patiently. Rosa Gutierrez did that and made me feel comfortable immediately. I trusted her and she didn’t disappoint! This woman is a professional and has so much knowledge I wish everyone could have the same experience as I had! I already told her that I want to stay with her as long as I live in the USA and she better not quit! Haha. No, but in all seriousness, I’m not big on writing reviews – as I just don’t have the time to be honest, but this I HAD to share. Mrs. Gutierrez, I don’t know if you read this, but if you do; THANK YOU!

The experience I had today with The Tax Team cannot even compare to the experiences I’ve had in the past with other tax companies. One of the best experiences by far and not to mention excellent customer service. I did my taxes with David Hernandez and this gentleman was very patient and very knowledgeable. Most advisors will not even tell you how and why you are getting your refund amount. He took the time guiding me and at the same time educating me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend The Tax Team. I will definitely be a returning customer next year.
