The service provided to me was excellent! The driver had good communication with my ebay seller, and were flexible enough to leave the package in the requested area. I have no complaints for them! Also the package arrived in excellent conditions. Good job Pilot Freight Services!

Absolute Trash of a company. I had to call over 7 times for them to do their job. When my package finally arrived, it was broken. Now, that I need them to pick it up. Took almost a month. It’s still in my livingroom! Don’t buy any products that have to deal with these people, trust me!!!

Worst delivery service ever, please be careful about this company! They re schedule my delivery 3 time! When I call the call center put me on hold and never alsk the phone then when I communicate the representative tell me the delivery was 10 minutes away from my house and give me the number of the Miami office ( delivery was in Miami) when I call to Miami office they don’t have schedule my product yet and have the wrong address. Is a joke don’t use this company never!!!
