I heard about this place from a friend and after checking out the reviews I decided to make an appointment. I am 17 weeks pregnant and couldn’t wait any longer to find out the gender of my baby. I invited my family to come along so we could find out the gender the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Horrible experience!! I made and order online for pick up at this store (school uniforms for 2 kids), then I went to the store when I was notified it was ready and they told me that only half of the order was available on that moment so I would be refunded for the rest. Walking the store at this moment I noticed that all the uniforms I ordered were available and in stock, so I had to take it all by myself and pay for it again at the cashier after doing a 1 hour line. The worst thing was that 2 minutes later, I realized that I took a wrong size on a single shirt, and needed to change it, and “the store manager” told me that I needed to make the 1 hour line again for that change, … obviously I did not… I’ll go to a different store to change it (hopefully) last time I go to that store (customer service is the worst ever and the store manager should be trained properly), last time I choose “pick up” services there…

The worst customer services I have ever seen. I had never brought from this brand but I Received a gift from here, went to the store to exchange or to get a gift card since I’m expecting a girl and the gift was for a boy. The women who “helped me”, scanned the receipt and told me it was already expired the time to return the item and that she could do anything to help me. In the gift receipt was pretty clear the return date to be more than a week from today. she was about to throw outta gift receipt and only stopped because I told her that I wanted to have it back. She told me she was not able to help me and that she cannot do anything. When I told her the receipt says 45 days to return or exchange any item in new condition she told me that what I had was a gift receipt and it was not the same as a receipt. Then she called another person who entered the receipt code in the system and was able to provide the gift card. If I didn’t looked at the receipt I would have left the store with a gift that I would never be able to use. That women was rude and she apologized ( with a rude face) she said sorry but that type of “sorry, not sorry”. I asked her for her name and she told me she was not going to give me anything and just walked away. I called Children Place 1-800 number and placed a complaint. Will never return to this store and I will not recommend it at all. Hope they give their employees some customer service training. That old women was crazy rude.

Horrible customer service. I came here to get my kids uniforms and bought 10 items but of the same kind (shorts and pants) when I got to
The register I saw they were cheaper online and since I know they price match I asked them to do so. The person at the register was the manager; super unprofessional she was visibly upset that I was asking for the price match. Aside from that she plain and simple told me that next time I buy so many items I should order online because she was losing time with time. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. And this is the manager! I told her yes it’s many items but of the same kind it’s not like I’m looking for a million things. I was very upset at her attitude and customer service. I guess she doesn’t want to work cause it was only us and another’s customer there.

The worst customer service in town. I went today around 1pm. There were 3 employees. None of them acknowledged any customer. One only at the register. The other 2 were talking like they were at home. There was a line at the register. They did not care. There were not professional. The one that suppousely was doing some inventory needs to work more efficiently. She does not help the other empoyees and she cant even find a price. What a horrible store.
