My visit with Dr. Cruz was very good, he even informed me of information I had yet to know about my condition. Overall, exceptional care and knowledgeable nonetheless.

Excellent staff very caring, excellent doctor , my uncle with Parkinson at the beginning can’t even walk, and now he is back to normal life, we know the disease will progress but at least he now have better quality of live .

My aunt was referred by her Primary to see see Dr. Cruz. We should’ve caught the warning over a month ago while making the appointment. No on answered the phone so we kept calling. The following day after multiple calls we were finally able to make the appointment. Then appointment day rolls around and they cancel without warning. The excuse was they “double booked” appointments and ironically my aunt gets the short end of the stick. Initially they tried to say there was no appointment and after excessive questioning the excuse was double booking. After begging to be seen or at least a new appointment by next week, no success. They offered an appointment in November final answer. This is unacceptable. I notified my physician and insurance immediately. Thankfully a new referral is being given to a different specialist. The only regret is this appointment was necessary to return to work.

wow my dad just went to see this doctor due to a referral and this doctor all he did was give my dad his hand and set down in front of his computer keep typing and didn’t even speak to my dad!! at all, and my dad was feeling wired so my dad started talking and telling him why he went (mind you the doctor didn’t even ask him) and when my 85 yr old dad stop talking all he did was give him a prescription slip and that was it.. I am sure he was just documenting everything to be able to billing medicare!
I will call medicare and let them know, NO service- in the end my dad told his primary doctor what happen and gave him the name of the perception, and his doctor is like NO you cant take that because of your blood pressure medication, so this doctor didn’t even care to ask or see what this 85 yr old man take for medication to make sure there are no contradiction!! incredible! shame on you Doctor!!
