The worse customer service and very unreliable and unprofessional. The owner doesn’t care or keep his word. I signed and paid the deposit in September. My windows we’re supposed to get installed in November. It is now January and they can’t even provide me with a date they will be ready. The owner promised to call me earlier this week to provide me with the date my windows would be ready. He never called and had ducked my calls. I would definitely stay clear of this company.
