I called and made an appointment for them to come and provide a quotation. At the agreed time I waited and after they were an late I called.
After a while they were able to find the representative that was supposed to come. The representative proceeded to tell me that he called the previous day to confirm the appointment and that I did not answer.
It happens that my phone is a cell phone that registers all missed calls an if left voice mails. There was no call nor voice mail from them.
If they behave this way to provide a quotation, I wonder how they will behave if somebody signs a contract.

Further to this review, the owner called and apologized, and personally came and took the necessary measurements to provide a quotation.

Punctuality on every stage of the project including date of inspection. Yes that is right they were here on the day of inspection not like other companies that let you deal with the inspectors by yourself. American Impact is my only choice for any home improvements.
