LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DEL MUNDO DEBIDO A LA MANAGER DE LA TIENDA LLAMADA PERLA , la manager de la tiene Perla la cual no me quiso ni dar su apellido , no me ayudo simplemente porque no quiso no se la verdad como pueden tener a personas así de managers , inventando excusas ilógicas que no tienen ni una gota de sentido no pudo ser capaz de dar un cambia por una anillo el cual compre have menos de 4 días simplemente porque no le dio la gana tratándome de una forma despectiva….. estaré llamando a la corporación y sino posteando malos reviews hasta que se soluciones porque es injusto

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY MANAGER PERLA , Manager Perla and assistant Yaimara did not help at all . I purchased an expensive ring 4 days ago and it got stained . When I came back asking to exchange it they rudely treat me saying that they Won’t change it for me by making illogical arguments just because they were not in the mood to help …..I’m definitely calling corporate and of course not buying Pandora’s Jewerly never again ..

Great people and they help you great. You will come out with a smile on your face happy.

This is a great place to get your pandora bracelet cleaned free of charge while you go shopping or eating at the many restaurants they have. Their customer service is excellent!! the thing that was misleading was that I looked for pandora in directory and didn’t see it because the store sign has a different name but if you walk towards the store you’re going to see the pandora name and realize that’s a pandora store.
