Firstly thank you to the staff for saving my Christmas twice!!! I wanted to get my boyfriend a watch he really wanted. We were in the mall and he stopped by to see if they had it. He was about to purchase it and I asked the staff to please say it was the last one and reserved for another customer when in fact I will be getting it. My boyfriend and I left the store and I was able to get away from him briefly to get it. When I returned it was already in the box waiting I just needed to pay.

Unfortunately the following day we were back in the mall and AGAIN he walked in. I didn’t know how to pull him away from the store. Again I explained to the new sales rep we were dealing with ( discreetly of course) that I got it for him the previous day and they were willing to help.

Anyway he was so happy when he opened his present and I thank the staff that assisted me for making our Christmas great.

Apart from that my father visits the store a little too often to purchase watches and the service is always great.

Have bought many movado watches from this store. For myself, mom and gf… always a great buy here and service the best. Martha the manager Solves all problems and keeps her promises. Must shop here. I been to the outlet in Sawgrass and Orlando premium outlets and those stores don’t have any good service and the deals are better here at dolphin mall
