I called this company 6 months ago regarding installing propane in at my residence and I received an email yesterday stating they would not be able to perform the install due to changes in scope which was a lie. The scope had been the same since I initially called them. I also have a signed contract from them. I know this is about not wanting to honor their pricing. They lied about reaching out to my city regarding starting the permitting process as well, nothing had been filed with the city. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY very poor ethics!!!! I am also taking this to the Better Business Bureau and will spread the word across channels of social media and business partners. Hat a waste of my time!!!

I called every residential propane service provider for my area and many of them failed before speaking to anyone. For superb customer service, straight forward pricing, and promises kept, Ferrellgas wins my business.

I called up the Medley office and they told me they re-certified propane tanks at their location for $15 a tank. When I took a ride there at 1 pm, some 45 miles away from my house, the place was closed. When I called them, they said their new place was in Ft. Myers. Not updating their new location is not a way to run a business. I wasted two hours of my time and half a tank of gas to find that out.

I am looking at purchasing a propane generator. I called to find out what I needed and Kim was very helpful. I will go with them if I go with the propane generator. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

This company was great from the representative I spoke to when I called in to the technician who did my site check, I highly recommend them. Thank you.
