I am a 66 year old male raised in Miami been a reader since I was a young. I have never had issue with advertisements in paper since that is the main revenue stream. I am also reading it online but I have to share my desktop with ads and banners that are almost as large as the content itself. So, is it fair for me to pay $99/year to be subjected to the ads in the e-edition plus the digital banners and then read day old news?
Time to UNSUBSCRIBE

I have not received one paper from this subscription. I reached out they gave me 2 months free of charge and still have not received a subscription. Do not waste your time or money on this it is a joke. You may never receive the product you’re paying for.

Had a subscription for several years. Home delivery pricing went through the roof and I did not renew after paid term expired. They kept delivering the paper for another four weeks or so; I called and requested they cease as I did not want the paper anymore. When speaking with the customer service rep nothing at all was indicated about the extra papers they had delivered; and no invoice was ever sent. Two months later, without any (at all) correspondence they sent to collection a bill for the papers they delivered after the subscription was canceled. Wow…what an underhanded way of doing business.

The AT&T 2019 Black History Calendar Program was excellent. Kudos to the Miami Herald and AT&T.
