Worst customer service EVER. Once you get your chair you will never get ahold of anyone, even if said chair is falling apart.

Update: you would think the multiple negative reviews would matter, but it doesn’t seem to. I emailed NSM 6 days ago and still haven’t heard back from anyone.

Awesome people! They got me my chair quick and adjusted it how i needed for my active lifestyle. Gene, Luis, & Kenny take care of us wheelchair users very well.

Thanks guys!

Kudos to whomever gets good service, good communication, good ANYTHING from this company. My experience has been the worst. If my son didn’t have me TRYING to accommodate his needs with this company, I shudder to think the predicament he would be in. I have screen shots of being on hold, listening to an automated recording, for 20+ minutes REPEATEDLY. Nobody picks up. I traveled there to find it is a small office (

Horrible company. After it was taken over by whoever is the new owners. Their service sucks.. don’t take into account that these kids needs the equipment that they suppose to deliver. Nonchalant attitude… take your business elsewhere

So sad to have to post this. I’ve been with NSM for years, since I had to be in a wheelchair for the first time. The people are awesome but, what can you do if the communication is terrible? All the process takes several papers and prescriptions. I sent everything and I’m thinking that the chair will be delivered any time. Then they don’t call you to tell you, “listen, there’s been some time and you haven’t sent the papers”. If they’d done that then I would have known that they didn’t get them. It didn’t happen once, it happened several times. By the time they got everything, they tell me I have to do them all over again because time has expired. They need to be on top of things, calling, sending emails and answering the phones as much as possible. You always have to leave a message and then they call you back. Not good at all.
