One of the best places to get metals in miami. Only downside is that i can get busy so it will take a while for them to get the materials for you.

Just left the place, first . . .and last time there. I was waiting for ten minutes, asked how long was going to be the waiting. Sales person told me ” I don’t know, please wait”.
Sorry, in order to wait, at least they should show courtesy.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Worst experience ever, twice in a row… Keep your schedule completely open for the day if you plan on picking up ANYTHING here. My first visit was 3 1/2 hours long “just waiting” to get serviced, then add the time it took for them to get the materials. Second time I had “one” steel 10 foot 1/8 inch thick 2inch wide ordered the day before and asked to please have it already cut in half for the next day for pickup because we were going to be on a very tight schedule. They agreed and stated not to worry that they’ll have it ready for pickup. LIE, they even had to look for the order slip in their stack. Long story short, I had to leave without it and because of them a job is left incomplete. Never coming back and recommend for you to go elsewhere for material, there’s plenty more steel suppliers in the area, just google it.

The manager is a complete a hole, i got there at 4:05 pm and he said they close a 4pm. The website and google says they close at 5 pm. I showed him on google what it said and with a very bad attitude he said i know it says that and this happens all the time but i cant help you…extremely rediculous!!!!

Customer service is non existent at this place , and waiting for someone to acknowledge you when you walk into the office is a mission every time, a simple hello or a good afternoon should be enough , but they are all typing away without any regard for your presence,and the whole process of finding someone to help you at the yard could take hours,I really dislike this place.
