Ended up working with Jeff at Expert Mortgage since owning my own business turned out to complicate my finances enough that other lenders couldn’t understand. Jeff was able to parse it correctly and also got me a loan at a lower rate than was advertised elsewhere. The process was easy throughout and he always took care to explain and keep me informed.
