MUY BUENA ATENCION Y SERIEDAD EN ÉL TRABAJO TODO BIEN

A woman named “Gee” called our office yesterday “in response to an online inquiry about the purchase of a forklift”. I informed her no-one in our company made any inquiry and she insisted I give her the name of someone in our purchasing department (we don’t have a purchasing department) and said “you are only there to answer the phones, please let me speak with someone else”. When I finally told her no and disconnected the call she proceeded to call back SIX times! Now today someone named “Noel” called with the same story and when I told her “no” she couldn’t speak to anyone and hung up, SHE called back. I asked her not to call again and called their corporate office on the east coast. We will see what happens with that, but this company has some shady telemarketing scheme going on and I am not happy about their repeated calls.
