Lennar at Urbana

I am editing this review after they fixed the flooding issue in the front entrance walkway. It’s been more than a year from the property purchase. Urbana is good overall with community, neighborhood and construction wise. I am happy with the property. I would’ve given 5 stars if I don’t face an issue with lighting at night due to no path lights at the front walkway. My Friends and Family don’t use front entrance due to lack of lighting at night and it’s a bit scary. Neighborhood communities have path lights except for Urbana. There would be a minimal light if residents turn on their porch lights. pictures are not dark due to camera effects. I reached out to Miami property management, but, they said it should be taken care by Lennar.
