I recently reached out to Alliance for Aging with a community related inquiry. Grace got back to me in a prompt and timely manner and far exceeded my expectations! I’m very happy and satisfied with Grace’s level of service and I sincerely appreciate everything the organization is doing for our community!

Customer service is null, I just tried to call several times and I’ve been on hold for more than 1 hour and still waiting for someone. It’s insane that elderly people with several illness can handle this situation

The worse costumer services ever, not body answer the phone, no body call back to your messages, no body know nothing about the real answer of your questions, very frustrating time when has to call them. The worse services for elderly.

I am a volunteer at the Alliance For Aging. I understand we have 10 people answering over 400 phone calls per day. I’ve been told that it can take 1 1/2 hours to get a phone call answered. When I needed to interview a Social Worker for an FIU class, I ended up going to the office to see someone. Once you see someone you have a name and an extension to speak to them and they are not only willing to help, but they want to help.

Easy to find although the building it is in needs more wheel chair access- not just on one side. The people I dealt with were friendly and informative, but, like most government bodies, they work at a sanil pace. Not they’re fault- they are but a go between to get government help for the elderly.
