I Was very satisfied and happy with my visit. What a wonderful experience! but the best thing by far is the excellent customer service. The staff and doctor are super nice and very professional. Gema helped me with my frames and she was so professional and friendly.
Keep doing what you’re doing, totally comfortable with the care I’m receiving.

All types of sales tactics. Sales reps put their commission check before the customer.

The Dr. Ana Victoria Hernandez was very thorough and polite! I give her 6 stars if I could.

What a wonderful experience! Their frames selection and prices are great, but the best thing by far is the excellent customer service. The staff and doctor are super nice and very professional. Amanda helped me with my frames and she was so sweet, patient and helpful I can’t say enough good things about her. And the doctor, Roxana, was very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend this store!
