The worst place to get your treatment. They never have any appointment available and you never go in at your appointment time, always an hour later. All women spanish and can communicate in English. There is only 1 doctor for more than 50 patients.

The amount of times i have called to make an appointment for mu retainers all they do is put you on hold for an hour and never pick up now my teeth are seperating

After consulting with several orthodontists, it immediately became clear to me that Dr. Lee was the right choice. Dr. Lee carefully examined my situation and mapped out a solution to straighten my teeth working around my implants and unlike other orthodontists, he did not recommend any teeth extractions. So here I am two years later with perfectly aligned teeth. The office is always clean and the staff is professional. The front desk area is supervised by Yvette. She is by far the greatest asset of that office. Being a managing executive myself, I tend to notice other professionals skills. For two years I have witnessed Yvette’s professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and all encompassing knowledge. I notice how other staff look up to her and often depend on her for guidance. She alone made my orthodontic experience comfortable and friendly. I want to thank Dr. Lee, Veronica, and especially Yvette for great results, a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and their kindness. If you need an Orthodontist, there is no need to look any further.

All I have to say is that the office manager Ivette has a horrible attitude with the people. I was expecting a good attitude from her as she is the person who represents the office but it was the opposite. Also she talked to me loud in front of other people and the staff members and that is not a good reputation for the office. Besides that they do not see the patient according to their appointment time they always overbooked and the wait time is more than an hour.

My son has been coming here to his orthodontist since January of 2018. I can’t even begin to express how wonderful this office is. The front desk ladies are amazing and accommodating they have helped me with any issue we have ever had. Dr. Lee came in after all the pictures were taken and explained everything in detail and he didn’t mind that I had a about a billion questions… He answered every single one. The lady who explained the financial aspect was great also and broke everything down so I would understand what I was paying for. We have been going now every month and my son has never had to miss school since they have late appointments and we never have to wait long. The ladies who work on his teeth are very sweet and caring and most important very patient. My son no longer fears coming here. I myself work in the medical field and it is very hard to find offices with this kind of customer service. If you or your child needs braces this is the place to go.
