On time and helpful! We had rented an ice cream machine that unfortunately didn’t work during our party and they were kind enough to refund us the full amount of the rental. Red Balloon Exceeded all of my expectations and created beautiful memories for my eight year old!! Our birthday celebration was incredible and a huge hit! My party planning was on a pretty short notice and Brigitte personally stated to set up and made sure everything was perfect!!
