Was billed close to $2000 unnecessary. When I tried to find out why they would not even let me talk to a supervisor. They advised me to close the account and one month after they siphoned $1000 out my account during this challenging time. So heartless. The money to pay my employees. They are the worst company I have ever done business with. Their sales person is out there lying to small business owner. Heartless

This place kept on charging me after and spoke to them on the phone. Raymond was my Rep Sales never takes my calls When you try to cancel they will continue to charge you. I ask the office they said somenone will call shortly and they never did.

When i asked about what the charges are for?? they don’t even know. i Canceled in December and returned equipment and somehow still charging me in January tell me that might have been charge for PCI compliance, When literally don’t have the service with them anymore. So much for not contract no string attached, cancel anytime. that was Raymond’s speech at beginning. I have to keep calling my bank to see if we can stop this payments. BE AWARE This company is the worst.

** Edit: I am only adding this because of how great Gloria Alvarez from the One Payment team has been, it’s not fair to group her in with the bad review. She’s been very helpful, it has definitely has made up for the horrible time that I had at first.

Horrible customer service, I have been trying to reach my sales representative for 3 weeks to no avail. I call the office directly and they always say that someone will call me back in a few minutes (whether it is a supervisor or another representative) but they never do. Getting any information is like pulling teeth.

I had a terrible experience with my previous merchant services provider – absent account representative, high credit card processing fees, and overall lack of support when I needed.
Switching to One Payment was an easy transition, I pay lower fees, and my rep Bruno is always responsive when I have a question or need new equipment (loving my new Clover Flex!)
Overall very happy I decided to switch and would highly recommend to any business owner who accepts credit cards.
