The worker does a great job in taking care of our pest control needs. He is responsive to any situation that may arise.

Complete destruction of our roof! DO NOT hire this company under any circumstance! We trusted Them to tent our townhouse in the Westchester area and the subcontracted men they brought to place the tent had no care whatsoever and damaged over 50 roof tiles. Not three or four which would have been acceptable but rather a quarter of the roof! We had to spend $700 repairing our roof and our neighbor as well! The response from Jorge via email: “you signed a waiver and we are not roofers”. Basically, fend for yourself because it was okay for us to destroy your roof while placing the tent.

I own several properties and trusted my business partner on using this company but can tell you that there are much better options out there and not as careless with your property! We will be posting photos of the damage for you (potential future customer) to see for yourself and make an educated decision!

I am very reasonable / forgiving as I understand accidents can happen but this was true carelessness. So much so that the manager of the subcontracted company even mentioned that he had never seen anything like this.

We hope Jorge and his company will do the right thing as we would love nothing more than to post that all was resolved even though a mistake was made. We will be happy to post Jorge’s response for all to see. As of now, his response has been that he and his company are not liable.

Trust me, look elsewhere and don’t take the risk with this company!

I’m very happy with their service. Troy is a true professional. He’s relentless when it comes to customer service. Highly recommend Ehrlich Pest Control.

I’ve had issue with this company on and off. The company name may have changed from Guaranteed Floridian to Ehrlich in over a year, but the employees are still the same. Some are better than others, some care about their jobs and others are fly by night until they find something better. I’ve been doing business with this company for 15 years and different pest personnel have come to fumigate my house always different styles and methods to their techniques. They went from every two months service to every 3 months. From paying quarterly to monthly, but overall you’ll have issues. As for their termite service. It’s good, but just like any other company there’s available spot treatments to combat issues before resorting to tenting the entire house. Prices are reasonable.

This is a duplicate review of the one we are leaving in Ft Lauderdale! This company should not be trusted in your home!!!!!!!

We have had nothing but problems since we came in contact with Erlich Pest control. They bought out Guarantee Floridian who was our service provider for years. Once they sold to them things went down hill quickly with Service.
First off they are a huge company so you will be routed too a call center. Employees have little or no incentive to help customers so all of my calls went unanswered. I called four times in a three-month period to ask why my service had stopped. No on knew why and never received calls back. Durring their contracted service I developed termites. They still never called back.
After getting angry with staff over the phone they sent some guy that was in a uniform from another pest control company and he was talking trash about Erlich and how they were a Sh-tty company. He then proceeded to tell me that they no longer tent homes with flat roofs and he didn’t know how to reinstate my service.
This is not the type of company you want taking care of your home. They actually are a liability. I’m only dealing with small companies now that are responsible and have accountability. Screw you Erlich!
