They don’t seem to speak English, and when you try to communicate, they hang up. Very rude. Could not even ask a question. Very disapointed.

I took my Pomeranian to get a bath and cut, and what a disaster! They cut all his fur, I was not able to recognize my dog, he was sad and did want to eat for the rest of the day.

I have been taking my dog there since she was 7 months old and she is now 8 yrs old. The attentiveness and quality of service given is great. She understands my dogs needs and doesn’t just get the job done…she actually cares about my dog (and my dog isn’t the easiest pill to swallow). She makes her feel comfortable and works on how receptive my dog is towards her plus she has a blast with all the other dogs running around there so I know she is not stressed or anxious and most importantly, mistreated. I highly recommend this place.

She does a beautiful and very thorough job! We commute from Downtown because no one else does what she can for the price! I would recommend this groomer to anyone!
