Giving one star because it’s required but this company is HORRIBLE. It’s been 2 years since my daughter’s fifteens and I can’t even get a return call, he doesn’t answer the phone and I still don’t have the video. Unprofessional is an understatement. Don’t be fooled, he’ll show up for your event but then you may not ever hear from him again. I have no idea how he would still be in business, if he even is.

Terrible Service. It’s been two years since my quinceañera, and I still have not received the video from that night. I have called over 20 times and they repeatedly decline the calls. Such a waste of money.

I got married in 2017 took 1.5 to get my photos and I am still waiting on my video!! They don’t answer my calls! Don’t waste your time

I will give this Casanova non star, because it been more than a year an still waiting on my daughter photos and video. I have call him almost every week with no answer to any of my call, also I have sent him messages and nothing. Hope no one will hire him as he is irresponsible, unprofessional, horrible customer service.

Has been 2.5 years and still have not received my pictures and collage. Does not respond to text messages (but I see he has read), calls, emails.
Super disappointed they were pictures of my pregnancy and we paid a lot!
