When I say the doctor and all the other employees of G-Nouva made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am beyond thankful for the service and care provided by Dr. Carlos Verdeza and his team. At each and every appointment he continues to set himself apart and proves that he is a leader in his field. After several successful procedures, including cauterization, biopsy and treatments, I can assure he is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and most of all he takes his time to ensure you have a full understanding of what is going on with your health as well as address each and every concern. I also can’t say enough great things about his assistant Yeni. They together are a TOP NOTCH team. She is so sweet and kind and she also has a very welcoming and “mind at ease” demeanor. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their bedside manner and the care I received from them and the office staff. A big thank you to all of them. I chose to continue being served by the G-Nouva team and I truly recommend anyone to do so.

Never had a physician made me feel so helpless like he did. I went to see him because I had a vaginal infection for several months by then that didn’t went away with pharmacy topical treatments neither with prescription oral medication. Even before he examined me he said that I had a vaginal candidiasis that was refractory to treatment, that it was almost impossible to treat because I had taken everything there was for it and that he knew about some research that was trying some new treatment for what I had and that I should call them to see if they still had a place for me. I can’t explain the expression in his and his assistant’s face, like they were telling me I was going to die o at least live with this forever, a complete tragedy. Then when he finally took a look of me he said that I was incredibly irritated (which I was) and took a sample to do a culture. He asked if I was single and when I told him I was married he said “your husband must be having a really bad time then”
He prescribed a topical cream like the several I had used before and told me to call to this research he had been talking about. After the visite I had urination burn for the next 4 days, which I didn’t have before. A week later his assistant called me to give me the culture results and it only said “heavy grow of yeast”, and when I asked them to call the laboratory to ask for further identification she told me they had discarded my sample, and she asked me if I had called the research and when I said “no” she insisted again and again. Long story short I went to another gynecologist and had a new culture done and I had a completely different thing than what he said and I got the right treatment and the infection went away.
Never go to this doctor, never trust anything he says, he is TERRIBLE and more importantly he is completely UNETHICAL. I think he has some kind of agreement with the said research or something like that.
