Dr. Apollo is fantastic, she explained everything well and took her time with me. Unfortunately I had to give her only 3 stars as her office support staff is a disaster. I had to hunt them down leaving voice mails and emails to get an appt. When I called to give them my new insurance info and book next appt. they stated they would verify insurance and get back to me. After several calls to the office, no one has gotten back to me. I am sorry to leave the practice but getting into the office is WAY too difficult. It’s unfortunate as Dr. Apollo is great but geeze- I can’t even get a call back to set an appt. NOT GOOD.
