Worst experience I’ve ever had with a management company. Had items stolen out of my car and requested for them to review the security cameras, they said they would get back to me, waited 3 days with no response, called again and again they said they would get back to me, waited another 7 days with no response, called again only for them to say the forgot to follow-up. Proceeded to tell me the maintenance worker on-site said it was “too dark” to see anything. There is a light directly above my parking spot while the thief was able to unscrew and dismantle the wiring system for a $300 subwoofer sound system and walk away with a 50+lbs wooden box without being seen? Security for their properties and residents is obviously not a big concern for this management company. Customer service non-existent.

Simply terrible.

On September 29 of 2014 my fiance’s car was towed for unauthorized parking at the condominium located at 6001 NW 37 st Virginia Gardens FL-33166. The association has a sign at the visitor
parking that states a three hour maximun or the car will be towed. The car was parked at 12:30 pm and was towed at 5 PM. However there was a gap on that period when the car was used to go
the buy some groceries. Then the car was parked at the same spot.
The receipt from the towing company says the the car had been parked there for three days. The company that management association is “American Management & Realty”. We went there to
dispute the towing company fees and they refused to do it alleging that the car was parked for more than three hours. In adition to that the “lady” that attend us (Ailin) was very rude and ever threatened to call the police if my brother didn’t leave the lobby.
I can’t believe this Abuse of Power.
