I have not heard a word from this company. They took my 600, but have failed to communicate with me in getting a student loan forgiveness forgiven? Any ideas on how to go about this?

I am having the same problem. I paid for these services I never received and I have been trying to contact them for over a month. The phone numbers aren’t working or email. I have no idea who to contact now or what is going on, but this is extremely upsetting. Is there any way to even get our money back at this point with no one to contact?

Hello I’ve had the same experience, the only thing is I can’t seem to get in contact with them, to get my money back, I went to the Doral office they’re never there, do anyone know how to contact them? They owe me $600.00. I need my money desperately..

Horrible company. They called my wife, probably off some list they bought. They persuaded her into buying a sort of loan forgiveness program. The price per month was very high. We eventually had a conference call where I was part of the conversation. Doing our conversation they were trying to push keeping the program. However, I was able to get them to stop the program and refund the money. While on the phone they told us that as soon as they receive the initial packet that the sent then they will sent then they will refund us the money that same day. However, once we sent it back with a signed receipt, they did not refund us the money. After we called again, they told us that they have not yet processed it and that it could take 10 business days. Then we told them that we needed it back ASAP, they said they would overnight it. That was on a Monday. Then comes Thursday afternoon, we finally get our money back. They lie, cheat and try to swindle you out of money. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THE LOAN FORGIVENESS PROGRAM. Go through the Department of Education first and get the Loan Forgiveness Program. Horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM.
