The service is terrible with the employees on the phone and taking forever to assist the guests, along the fact that one of them lied about a special they had to me. So I would fall in love with the shoe and then calls me a liar to my face at the register. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

Tay, store manager is very Rude. Nasty attitude and knows absolutely nothing about the business. Working for footlocker inc she is the worst in customer service didn’t honor discounts correctly then gave tons of problems when she was corrected on what SHE did wrong! Will never go here again
