Sadly 0 stars is not available… beware if you choose their service. Save some cash for Uber to get back to your car. 3 hours later and 30$ we got our vehicle. Terrible, unsafe service. No just no, look elsewhere. PSA they seem to operate under a parking and transportation service, therefore you assume it’s another company as they do not stop at terminals with any rhyme or reason. Also, they do not keep a log of who is not picked up and they do NOT answer their phone, if they do, the standard response is 30 minutes. If you have a flight or a commitment to make, you won’t make it. I never write reviews but hope to save someone else the aggravation and dissatisfaction.

OMG one star is too much! I was driving behind a Prestigie van that kept swaying left and right so the first thing I thought was “that driver MUST be texting” When I decided to pass him I looked over to see and sure enough he was looking down at his lit cell phone propped up on the steering wheel!!!!!! Furious, I took a picture of the back of the van hoping to get the tag and a number to call. I managed to get the number. The tag I know started with the letters BYS but I couldn’t get the rest. Anyway, when I called the number, by his response I gathered it was the same driver who was answering so no way to file a complaint. (He literally asked “what do you want to” when I said hello? I think he knew I was probably the person who had just taken a flash photograph of his tag!) LOL so I resorted to going online to post a review as I feel it’s my responsibility to advise people before they put their lives in danger . HEED THE WARNINGS

Thank you so much for getting my family and I safely to our hotel!!! Our driver was a model of professionalism and provided a safe journey to our destination. This is a fantastic company that I would be happy to do business with whenever possible.

Absolutely unsafe drivers! I got cut off today by one of their drivers in Van number 6 who was flying down streets by the airport very Reckless very dangerous!!! I would not trust getting in a van with anyone who allows their drivers to drive like this!!!
