Citibank ATM

I have been doing business with this bank since they bought Biscayne Federal and in this particular branch, they dare you to prove they care about customer service. Watch their stock, it is doing well, but their service is the worst I have ever seen. It looks like they are having a clearance sale and will be leaving. Too bad, was a darling of a bank.
They claim everything is going digital, wow, does that allow you to have lousy service. I was told once by an employee of Citibank “we are not your grandmother’s any more. Grandma, pull your money out! Especially with banking ours of 10 am to 5 pm? Huh ? They intermittently close their outside teller service because, I was told, short on staff. What? They couldn’t hold on to Travelers Insurance and or Smith Barney. What every happened to Smith Barney ?
happened to Citi- sad ! I do not blame the employees in the lobby, they are doing their best with little support from their manager(s), it appears.

Worst branch, takes over an hour just to speak to someone.

What kind of a major bank doesn’t open until 10am? I’ve had so many problems with this bank in the past few months – they’ve lost a lot of reputation in my eyes.
