None of the atm are working this is the worst bank in the continentalus. Period

I have an account with regions for 4 months now. They signed me up for the wrong account so they could charge me a monthly fee which I had made 10 transactions to avoid that fee. That was intentional on the employees part. She told me one thing then signed me up for the account that would charge me. She lied. Second off, I have enough money in a secondary account and am in very good standing. I was told they would close my account and they gave no reason. I am not overdrafted or anything on any of my accounts. Thirdly I spoke with a representative who not only was incompetent on the situation but insisted I deposit more money even though they were gonna close the account! Yup! Ha! Ok!
