Poor service. Terrible manners. The girls do not listen! So you get the wrong order as a result which translates to waste of time and frustration. If the place gets busy the customer service gets worse!!

Came here for Christmas buñuelos and tamales. Service was great. There was a little bit of waiting because the number of people waiting for Christmas orders. But they handled it very nice and orderly.

Really good service, colombian pastries and food. Coffee, colombian sodas, hot chocolate, empanadas, pan de bono, and more.

Despite peoples opinion about the customer service, we felt that it was good, they were attentive and very fast, the food was absolutely amazing. I would ask them for things like water and napkins and they were super attentive and kind, despite the first impression that they were not very approachable, once you get to have a conversation with them you see that they are normal people and kind and considerate. The only delay was waiting for the buñuelos to come out of the oven, which I cannot complain about and neither should you, it’s totally worth the wait, they were delicious, and the wait was only for two minutes and fresh. I don’t mind waiting at all. I live in North Miami Beach and it was worth the trip to have such amazing authentic Colombian food.
