Only BoA open in doral today due to Covid…
Only two tellers and 14 people in line outside @ 90 degrees 🥵
Not even water for the heat experienced outside…..well, after 30 minutes waiting outside, manager came out with water….
Should have all tellers from closed, nearby locations, working here …

WORST OF THE WORST !!! Champions on BAD SERVICE, TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT TOWARDS COSTUMERS, ALWAYS 45 to 1 hour waiting in line time frames. ONLY ONE TELLER SERVICING ALL HOURS, ATMS MOSTLY BROKEN. I HAVE A BUSINESS NEED LOTS OF DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS LIKE CHANGE ORDERS, DID WAIT FOR 55 MINUTES IN LINE AND GUESS WHAT ? I APPROACH THE TELLER AND THEY DONT HAVE CHANGE, THIS HAS HAPPEN TO ME SEVERAL TIMES. I’M SO OUTTA HERE.

Bank of America in general, if there was a 0 star option they would definitely earn it. Let’s say customer service is not their strong suit.

You have to wait more than an hour and you cant get signal on your phone. Pretty bad and waste of time
