Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

Do not go there!!
I went to open a Secured credit card to boost my credit and they ran my credit and applied for MasterCard platinum plus. So unprofessional ! I did not authorize to run my credit for a MasterCard. I clearly stated a Secured credit card which is something completely different. Don’t go there!! they do things without your consent.

Agree with everyone…super slow service. On a Monday mor ing at 9:30 am there was ONE teller working and a line of 14 customers built up. The other teller then decided to take a customer here and there. Horrible. Avoid this location at all costs!

As stated repeatedly on the reviews for this certain office, it is the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I entered the bank, there was a long line for the tellers (only 2). I came in to get a temporary debit card so I thought it would be a quick transaction….. NOPE!! Although it was during lunch time, there was only 3 people available to assist customers. I arrived at 11:45 am and, as I am writing this review, I am still waiting to be seen after more than an hour of waiting. I would highly suggest to have more personnel available during lunch (highest volume of customers waiting) and have lunch before or after the rush.

No surprise review here. As you can see by all the other one star reviews this is an awful branch! You can pretty much guarantee a very long line every time you come in. They will usually only have one or two tellers. There is one thing you can definitely count on, there are always multiple nicely dressed employees waiting for possible new clients to sign up. Here’s a crazy idea, maybe they should help their current customers so they can keep them.

Was here twice and still one cashier different times, different days. The worse if you don’t have an hour break. 14 people behind me. Sucks. I really feel bad for the account holders that were in line with me.
