Really a frustration. After been customer for more than 20 years and using credit line for 6 without a payment issue, having high income and requesting a new credit line with a 30% loan / value they deny the new cl. This company doest take in consideration you as customer and your performance like customer.
Go to another bank. It is a real mess

Pour costumer service, I just go to change a check they let me waiting for long time confirming by old methods and in the meanwhile I saw how other costumer where disappointment for the same situation, old methods, never open an account in this bank

Always a problematic bank, doing the worth banking work in USA. Every thing it’s a problem, and now buddy can do anything to help and solve them…
They need to sale all their office and Efficient Bank Brand…
