Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

Most unprofessional and least informative manager that a Bank of America branch has. I have been a loyal client for years now and the manager personally knows me. Today I went to make some changes in my account (change of last name) in which I have asked in two previous occasions what are the required documents and procedures I need to make the changes. Come to find out today after having me waiting for literally two hours for a name change that I cannot make the changes because I am missing something else that they had failed to mention on the previous times. The manager for this branch has no appreciation for their loyal clientele. As I am very disappointed I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

Friendly Staff once you get to them but lines are horrible need more personnel.

They need at least 2 more clerk. I have spent to much time waiting for my turn.

I am only giving one star( they deserve no star ) for their level of customer service in this branch. I was advised to call the local branch where the transaction was made. After numerous calls, I finally get someone on the phone to answer and as I am talking, Simply hangs up in my face. When I called back to ask for a branch manager;someone transferred me to customer service.

I absolutely loved it. I went today to open up a bank account and the service was super nice. The man that first attended to us in the beginning is super nice and formal, as well as very conversationalist. The wait time was only 20 minutes, and the woman who attended us was also very nice and formal. All the other staff, as well, were amazingly nice. All of them smile and salute. Would go again, just for the service.
