Service, Seating was excellent. Food quality this time around was average for the price tag. Steak and rice and beans was way too bland.
Improve chef please

I’ve been coming to this CinéBistro for 4 years now and I’m very pleased to say it’s my go to theatre. They’ve always had excellent and fresh food (even when we see really late movies), their customer service is great, and truthfully I’ve never once had an issue with my food or movie experience.
I would definitely recommend this for a date night or even a girls night. A regular movie theatre just doesn’t compare to the comfort or experience of this CinéBistro.

This movie theater allows you to have dinner in the theater with a wait service but you have to arrive 30 min in advance which is fine but when we went, I completely forgot that. We even arrived a few minutes late, but the receptionist was so kind and allowed us to switch our tickets to the next showtime. I was so relieved and grateful.

They reimburse for valet parking. Best movie experience bar none. The food is excellent, the staff is great. Just remember, service like this does not come cheap. Overall, above 5 star.

The two stars ate only because of the nice staff, they are super nice. On the other hand, management of the movie areas is another story…

Run Down seating. *SEATS DO NOT RECLINE*. We usually go to Coral Way Theaters. But wanted to experience this one in Dolphin Mall. Possibly the volume of people that come tru is so big that seats are super abused and run down.

When you come in the theater, seats look like a under-budget ball seat park with repair covers on a checkered pattern.

Honestly I will not return to this “crap” literally. You are better off in the regular seating theater next door if you must come here.

Good ratings for:
– Location
– Parking
– Nice staff
– Staff with great attitude
– Lobby well kept
– Popcorn ( free refills)
– Soda ( free refills)
– part of mall traffic area

Bad:
– Terrible seating quality ( read above)
– Menu prices are rather high
– Menu selection poor

Fact:
– I will not return
– I will not recommend
