This is been the worst experience I ever had in a salon. The lack of professionalism and poor courtesy really surprised me. I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, they sent me upstairs to the technician “Mai” she was rushing while doing my nails, complaining about my old gel don’t coming out, the technician and the manager told me that they needed to do the service in 1 hour, so she started to do rush things even more, I felt pressured, and overall very discomforting, almost guilty because I was delaying the other appointments as per them (what???!!!) I don’t even was a walking I booked my appointment the day before, so I thought that I deserved my appointment and someone that could do my nails decently, which it wasn’t the case. The manager of the salon went twice to check upon my technician, and started to say jokes like “of course she is slow…” I mean where in the world, when a busy woman like me tries to dedicate to herself a little bit of time and relax, the service personnel complain and make her feel she is taking 30 minutes more than expected…. I probably only get to dedicate 1 afternoon a month to do my nails, to get my space from work and family, and this experience became stressful and discomforting, and very expensive (of course the results are poor too) this is not a nails salon, this is a factory. Terrible manager, terrible vibes.

Honestly I couldn’t have had a better experience here! The manicurists are amazing, polite and are super attentive. As soon as I arrived to my appointment I felt welcomed and all with a smile. I got gel manicure and pedicure and honestly I couldn’t be more in love. The quality of the polish and how they do their job….if I could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommended place.

Hey everybody, I normally would not say much about a place like this being a man. I mean is just guy, but this place deserves more than just an ok. The people who work in this place are all very gentle and nice the price is like $20 for just pedicures and manicure and I believe that with gel is like around $40; with gel comes the one week warranty that means if something happens to your nails during a week they’ll fix it for free is not that amazing. With no more to say, I highly recommend this place for everyone
