Do not use with Groupon, you get lower quality/quantity service. Scheduled my week vacation around getting a face peel so I’d have enough time heal. I was very specific as to what I expected from a facial peel, what I wanted in the initial consultation. The lady (forgot her name) said sure we can do that through Groupon..yet they still managed to screw up. After I got the procedure done nothing happened. No peeling whatsoever. I called them and they weren’t sure what happened.. I was upset because again I could of done something else with my once a year vacation and now is not only ruined but didn’t even get my peel. They did refund me but the damage is done. Needless to say I recommend you stay away.

Micro needling procedure was bad. Really bad. The session was only about 10 minutes which is actually supposed to be at least 20-25 min session. and top it off she did not use enough anesthesia cream on my face so I had to flinch and take the painful needles on my face. Very unprofessional. I’ve never experienced this in any other place I’ve done this before. Even after I asked her to please put more numbing she kept going. No mask used after either . I’ve been here twice more than a year ago. But this was not a pleasant experience and will not be returning.

I recently went to the Pines location and Melissa was my esthetician and she was amazing! I went in clueless of how to treat my skin and she was very kind and informative. She had a gentle hand being that I was getting a peel with a microdermabrasion. I notice people purchase treatments without knowing what they are even buying and Melissa and the other girls are very kind to explain and offer other solutions to our skin concerns. I highly recommend this spa , they are affordable and you see the reaults. My skin has a glow!

I found this place from Groupon, so I went and got a microdermabrasion and an acid peel. The lady (Melissa, i think) who did my treatment scratched my face badly, also I needed extraction but she didn’t recommend or suggested it she just went straight into doing the microdermabrasion and acid peel, so my face is actually worst then what it was. I still have to go back because I bought two treatments but definitely going to a different lady.

I feel like they’re not knowledgeable or at least Melissa wasn’t, it was a very uncomfortable space and feeling. I’ve been to better facial spas; And the whole process felt rushed.
