On busy hours owner should have more people to do the service. Also, they need better way to take walk ins or appointments. Waiting time is insane

Super disorganized. They have NO CONSIDERATION over people’s time. I just waited freaking 45 minutes for the owner, Cindy, and she never freaking showed up when I was told by the Chinese guy that works there Andy, she would be in a few minutes. I had to tell him twice to call her cause he told me she would be there at 5pm and when I left cause I got tired of waiting for her inconsiderate ass, I walked out at 5:45pm. Considering how pricey they are, clients should not be subject to such disrespect. They don’t even clean the tools after they have used it on someone else, I have seen it happen many times YUCK!!!
