Hair Salon Armandeus Doral

I’ll start off with the positives:

The online messaging was superb. The representative was very responsive on the chat and even carried it over to text messaging. Very easy to book appointment.

Now for the bad:

No one said hi to me when I walked in. I was stared at. It took nearly a solid minute before anyone said hi are you new? They said they needed to call the guy who was to cut my hair as he wasn’t there at 11 am. There was a serious mix up since the gentleman didn’t speak English and didn’t know I was his client.

A nice young lady came to help translate since I don’t speak Spanish. I exclusively asked NOT to have a buzz cut and to use a combination of scissors and the clippers. That was totally IGNORED. I was given a buzz cut.

For the ending the lady check who took my payment said the price. I told her I was quoted another price when I made the appointment. She went ahead and honored it. Then she proceeded to tell me there was a charge for washing hair. Not that I will squawk about $3 but I don’t like surprises. This should have been told to me when I made the appointment.

I won’t be back. Not a good experience. Giving 2 stars for the superb online chat and ease of booking.

Amazing salon, I come here when in need of a nice pampering but they were beyond words for my wedding styling; make-up (Thank you Iris), hair (Thank you Liz) and nails (Thank you Luisa). Absolutely recommend them!!!
