Good stuff to buy, but it took more than 15 minutes to attend me. Besides that like more than 8 guys entered after me and they attended them first. I was trying to buy a helmet and that’s it

I needed my bike fixed and I was coming from West Kendall to Doral. I called ahead of time since it was nearly closing time. The owner was very courteous and assured me he’d try his best to wait for me if I happen to come a few minutes after closing, even though he had a scheduled meeting shortly after. I got there just in time. I let the owner know I can just drop it off and we would take care of everything else that following day so he can get to his meeting. He didn’t budge and decided to take care of me on the spot, we closed out the transaction that evening. He was communicative and accommodating. This is what customer service is all about. Ray you are a 5 star owner. I will only use RB Cycles for my bike needs thank you sir !

Went yesterday to buy a bike, Anabel was the best!!!! so helpful, she made us happy! we got the bike that we want at the price we wanted. Great service!!!.

My two children are so happy in this bike shop. We have been very well attended by Annabelle and now my kids do not stop riding on the bicycle. So I am a happiest mom in the world. Annabelle always emphasized that my children should wear a helmet so I bought their helmets, bicycles and the bike products to keep wonderful their bikes.
