One Stop Parking

This is a terrible company and very disorganized. We arrived from an international flight and waited over 3 hours for the shuttle to arrive. We were told 10 minutes. We called several times and were lied to and told the driver was on his way. Called again and we were told he was leaving now. Waited another hour. What a joke! Dont waste your time unless you want to wait at the airport by the curb all night after a flight. We were at the ground transportation were everyone is picked up by shuttles and taxi’s. Finally after 6 calls later to Courtney at the front desk they inform us they want us to be on another level where people depart instead of arrive, so completly backwards. The driver informed us that she was suppose to let us know to walk up a level which is not ground transportation. If they would have mentioned that during our calls it would of saved us quite a bit of time and aggravation. Also, they refuse to call u to connect on their weird instructions. Not cool! I’d certainly go elsewhere with my buisness. Hope this reviews helps someone save themselves the aggravation.
