Doral Lincoln is an impressive dealership. From the moment I arrived, I realized that the staff worked in unison and demonstrated a true team effort.
The buying process was streamlined and without the usual haggling on faces when buying a car at a dealership. The friendly welcome and smiling faces certainly went the distance and broke the ice and suspicion.
The place was spotless and well laid out.
The only negative is the extremely crowded parking lot to the point that one could not navigate the narrow aisles between car rows. There is thus only one way in and one way out of the place in a safe mode.
The car I purchased, a 2019 Ford Flex, was thoroughly cleaned and impeccable cosmetically as well as mechanically. My trip back to the FL Keys was uneventful, though I realized that I would need another set of tires on the car. The skinny tires didn’t give the comfortable ride my 2013 provided. Also, the surge/passing power didn’t match my trade-in vehicle.
All told, I am satisfied with the purchase and want to thank the crew for the pleasant transaction while at the dealership.

A Nicaraguan Food Truck comes by once a week with excellent food! Queso Frito is very popular as well as the Carne Asada Steak Bowl! Dealership wise, it’s luxurious inside and they offer free coffee and water. The people seem very nice.
