Maroone Chevrolet of West Dade

Run!!!! Do not go to this desler for service. I give the west dade chevrolet in Doral 1 star because this review wont allow me to give 0! Took car for an oil change and my grandmothers handicap pass was stolen during service. The service department vacuumed the Inside of my car and used that as an excuse to steal the handicap pass and some loose change (less than a dollar in coins). I left a message with corporate and at the Doral dealer stating what had happened and that they should be more vigilant. A manager or director called and said he would “open an investigation”. Im sure he is part of the handicap theft ring!!! Never heard from the guy again. NEVER going for service or to lease a car here again. Ive been a customer for over 10 years. So disappointed in this place!! Beware of tour stuff if you decide to take your car for service!!! They don’t care or respect their customers!!

Autonation Chervrolet Doral has given me the Worst service I’ve ever had! I purchased a car from them and the next day it needed to be serviced. I took It to an automaton near me and autonation Doral has denied every single claim and refuses to pay for th issues when it is still under the 4000 mole warrently. I’ve called and have tried to speak to the manager and they Have all ignored me calls . I spoke To Yunior who told me he would fix my issues and give me a call back and i never heard back from him. Victor th sales rep that helped me has ignored all of my text and calls he day after I purchased the car. Once they cooled my money they all started to avoid me. I can’t believe i am having so many issues and they act as if it does not matter. I DO NOT RECCOMEMD THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE !! Stay away!!! The autonation near me is working on my car is astonished with the amount of issues i am Having.

Very poor service/ lack of inventory. Salesman was Henry Lorenzo, the guy seemed super tired and not trained to sell at all. They ran my credit without my approval which was ridiculous. Never going back.

Lupe is the guy you should see when you take your car for Servicing. He advised me very well in what I need to service and made sure that I got the best prices. He coordinated with many people to procure the parts and finished all my car jobs very fast. I definitely recommend this guy and place.

I as most people have to work during the week. So i scheduled a appointment for a Friday at 7:00am. I dropped off my car the night before thanks to the convenience of the after hours drop off key box. Randell Ramos my service adviser was very helpful and kept me up to date on my vehicle throughout the day. He was able to provide me with a pleasant service experience. For my next service i will ask for Randell.
