BUY NOW AUTO SALES INC

i called about a jeep today , they sent me to 441 hollywood 30min i was there looking for the truck , no one knows where the jeep is , i think they post cars they dont have very sad

On Saturday the 24th of Jan 2019 I went to buy now auto sales Inc seeking to purchase a a vehicle there was a grey 4 door chrysler for sale. upon reviewing it I saw the car had some minor issues that could be repaired and figured I would get it and do the repairs myself. At such time I noticed the car engine light was also on and also inquired about this I was told by the owner mechanic that it was just a sensor issue. I took the car to aamco repair shop immediately after getting the car because as I drove home I notice the car was driving a bit funny as I waited for the car to be inspected which took 2 hour’s I received really bad news the car transmission was not good at all and to have it repaired would cost 3500 the car upper and lower control arms needed replacement as soon as possible because they were really really bad I called the owner and Randy of buy now and sent them the documents of the issues and asked for a refund since I couldn’t drive the car at all, the owner was really really really rude his attitude was very nasty he took the paperwork and mashed it up sitting there finding was wrong. When I went there I paid my money honestly and to be treated like a non entity after I just asked for a refund on a car I was financing was deplorable I called the police and the owner only gave me back half of my funds that I paid. I will be taking this case to a civil court to get the rest of my funds back the reviews on this place has to be a hoax because my experience was really unprofessional and deplorable.
